TORONTO — Pony Day will give hard working Ontarian families a day off in the middle of winter as well as a brand new pony to care for. "As a child, I always wanted a pony of my own - but my family led a hurried, just-in-time life and could never keep up," said Premier McGuinty.

A holiday in February, the coldest month of the year! Why not just add another couple of days to the miserable month instead,and really drive us up a wall.

If you want to add another holiday, make it in AUGUST, foolish person, the warmest month of the year, when we can get out and actually do something!
