Hey, Stooopids!

"Canadians are stupid . . . and I fundamentally agree with that assessment." -Elizabeth May

So be sure to vote for the Green Party, you nation of morons!

All that I hope is the Greens siphon enough votes off the Libs and NDP so the Tories walk through the middle in formerly Liberal and NDP ridings.

Lizzie and company won't win a single seat and the Liberals will be sent into turmoil with another leadership convention--not to mention the party being financially bankrupt.

Can anyone say Tory Majority?

Causing quite the stir with the Lizzie-May's threatening to sue a blogger name Leftdog for putting the video on his blog.

Lizze, just because there are a whack of us that don't believe your gaia goddess is going to strike us dead because we refuse to pay more tax to her priests, doesn't make us stupid.

It is your religion and you're more than welcome to it. As long as it does not interfere with my life.

I guess I just want to say to you, and the rest of the doomsdayers, "Get your fucking snouts out of my pockets"

From the email sent to leftdog by the Green Party of Canada's Director of Communications (!) John Bennett:

"Please be informed that the [sic] if the video … is not removed from your site with [sic] the hour the Green Party of Canada will seek means to prevent legal proceedings further slander [sic, sic, sic, etc.]."

As a commenter at Small Dead Animals suggested, maybe the email was written by one of those stupid Canadians. Too funny…

Just how stupid we are will be evident on election day. If Canadians elect more than zero Green Party candidates, maybe we are guilty as charged. If we were to elect a Liberal or NDP (shudder) government, the proof of May's beliefs would be in the pudding (or something like that.)

I suffered through a CBC panel discussion about how wonderful May is this morning. If nothing else, it kept me awake while I was driving to catch a flight home. I wonder if our national broadcaster will also provide a similar wet kiss tribute to Steven Harper. Its possible, IF HELL FREEZES OVER.

I was just polled by a group that must be trying to get positive numbers for the Green Party. The questions were constructed in such a way as to be pro-Green and anit-Conservative, the results can only be questionable, at best.

The only reason I submitted to the questions was to inject at least a little dissent into their results. Not sure how much good it will do considering how the questions were constructed.
