That is one good thing about it. It is going to take them forever to clean that mess up downtown.

Everytime one of the socialist groups goes to stick their hands in the coffers, the lid will snapped down.

If this isn't a wake up call for our city to focus on the essentials, nothing will be.

It is too bad for downtown business. There is no way any business can go six months without customers. If the road projects the city have been working on is any indication of the wait, it could even be longer.

The only way to speed up the process up is if they hire private contractors, and put them on a timeframe. They can't do that with their union workers.

Not to be too hard on the actual people working for the city, but have you seen anything actually being done by the city?

Is the delay in getting the [first of many?] sinkhole fixed because of the time it takes to get a permit?
