How much for that Libel in the window?

Posting 63

147. The Plaintiff complains of the following words:

"Now, please don't ask why. No one quite knows the reason.
It could be that his head wasn't screwed on quite right.
It could be, perhaps, that his shoes were too tight.
But I think that the most likely reason of all
May have been that his heart was two sizes too small."

148. The Posting in question contains serious allegations against the Plaintiff, clearly stating, in its plain and ordinary meaning or by virtue of surrounding circumstances which give the words a defamatory meaning inferentially or by innuendo that:

a. Plaintiff's head isn't screwed on quite right;
b. Plaintiff's shoes are too tight;
c. Plaintiff's heart is, up to and including an extent of two sizes, too small.

The most sensitive Canadian strikes again.

Doesn't he who cannot be mentioned by name, remind you of the hall monitor at school? You know the one we used to give wedgies to? He'll get his comuppence. Someone out there somewhere, knows about his collection. They all have a collection, and it is usually real creepy.
