We shall fight for a smoke free environment; we shall never surrender

Back on the Dying Isles, Health Secretary Patricia Hewitt slips out of her burka and, cheekily, speaks before being spoken to:

The only wry smile to be derived from the humiliating circumstances in which our 15 sailors and Royal Marines were captured by just six Iranians came from the comment by Patricia Hewitt. "It was deplorable," pronounced our tight-lipped Health Secretary, "that the woman hostage should be shown smoking. This sends completely the wrong message to our young people."

Yes, that is the politically correct anti-smoking lobby for you. Go ahead, rape and even behead the kidnapped woman. That is ok, because they wouldn't want to be insensitive to muslim cultural traditions. Holy damn how dare that female soldier, who was forced to wear the islamic rag of oppression on her head for a terrorisit propoganda film, smoke on tv.

Stupid son-of-bitches

"Send the wrong message". What message would that be? Appeasment and surrender to gain a few more days of "Peace in our time".

Patricia Hewitt will find a few more things to worry about than first or second hand smoke should the UK or the West collectively fail to reign in the Jihadis.
