The Dangers of Global Warming

Via Tim Bliar ... this is funny:

A North Pole expedition meant to bring attention to global warming was called off after one of the explorers got frostbite.

Loved it! Still laughing...

The grand finale was priceless:
“But one of the things we see with global warming is unpredictability."

Reminds me of other great non-wisdoms like: "A proof is a proof and when we have the proof it will be proven."

As usual, no sense is good enough sense for the ecotwits.

Apparently both women were very experienced with conditions in the Arctic and Antarctic...

"Bancroft, 51, became the first woman to cross the North Pole on a 1986 expedition. She and Arnesen, 53, of Oslo, Norway, were the first women to ski across Antarctica in 2001."

So they ignored their own experience and bought into the eco-frenzy...can you say "dumb as dog shit"

This is how global warming hysteria works. Those two very dumb females, more than likely wore their bikinis while hiking the North Pole.

Just because someone has a bunch of letters behind their name, doesn't mean they know thier ass from their elbow when it comes to common sense.

Tim Blair's headline was also funny:

She lost three toes to frostbite.
On a positive note, her "carbon footprint" just got a size smaller.
