Happy 2007 and a belated Merry Christmas, Kwanzaa, Hanukkah, Eid ul-Fitr, and all the rest, to the London Fog crew. It's been a great year and I've tremendously enjoyed all the entertainment, lively writing, and more-than-occasional enlightenment that you give away for free almost every single day. From the instant classic posts to the addition of LT, the comments sections to the new features, etc., the Fog has indisputably enjoyed a very good year. I think the London election guide broke some kind of records, although it's hard to pick out all the individual highlights over the last year from such a stacked field.

Sorry I disappeared from the comments section lately, and for the collapse of my communication efforts ;) -- but as you know circumstances vary unpredictably; hopefully (and I believe it's likely) I'll have the opportunity to resume my previously scheduled efforts in the new year, and make up for my enduring delinquency. As Zarathustra is my witness, I swear I've added more to my e-mail notes for MM, and I *will* at some point get MM&L beer and other soon-to-be-illegals.

Thanks again, and have a great year of the pig!

As a neo-Zoroastrian myself, I look forward to your votive offerings and in the same spirit will continue to call down imprecations on all your enemies. Thank you for the kind comments, Daniel, it's a pleasure to have readers like you.

Best wishes for 2007 and beyond…
