The condition of London's sidewalks reflects badly on the downtown and its visitors.

After an argument between two men, at least one shot was fired into the pavement, which ricocheted and hit another man in the face.
London's downtown community doesn't live, work, shop, and play in the same way that it did twenty-five years ago when Gosnell paving stones were installed. The sidewalks must be modernized to absorb the small arms fire of twenty-first century urban Canada.
